You can make these head signs yourself. You need a thin metal disc. (80 mm x 25 mm x 2 mm) and some nipples. We use the nipples a bicycle repair man use to fit new spokes on a wheel. We place the two nipples in place and glue the disc with Loctite. on the nipples. Keep the disc with tape in place. Leave 2 hours for drying. Spray three layers primer and three layers of the final paint. Add the decals, and finally the next day spray two layers of acrylic varnish. |
